Yamaha ’10 VX deluxe. Water in the rear compartment

Hi,
I am new to this.  I took out my new ’10 vx deluxe first time this weekend.  After about 2 hours when I was done, I noticed that there is a water in the rear compartment, under the battery.  I think about 05″- 1″ of water. 

I was told by the dealer that there will always be water.  Question is how much water in normal ?

Does anybody knows ?

total acess seadoo overhaul

I just bought 2, 2000 seadoo’s and wanted to know if it is possible to seperate the hull and flip it open to get to everything and do a rebuild. I’ve done a couple of older models , and i find it to be a real pain to get the motors out, need to do the fuel and electronics so im thinking , maybe ? anyone ever tried this, and is it destened to fail?
